Usage: Promote the flow of Qi in the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin to maintain the health of our spleen and digestive system, and increase the positive energy of our body too.

It is the season for earth element, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is also the best time to nourish our spleen and digestive system. 

Tie Pi Shi Hu (鐵皮石斛), Dendrobium Catenatum, is a very useful herb to nourish Yin, dispel inner heat, and improve stomach functions. As recorded in Ben Cao Tong Xuan (本草通玄), "石斛,甘可悅脾,鹹能益腎,故多功於水土二臟", Shi Hu, sweet to benefit the spleen, and also salty to the kidneys, has very good function for the both organs which belong to earth and water element. At the season of Late Summer, it's the best time to use Shi Hu to nourish our spleen, stomach and digestive system.

There are also several other herbs can nourish the spleen, such as Bai Zhu (Rhizoma), Chenpi, many people will cook and drink them at this season. However, both can be used to make incense in ancient times. After processed and blended with agarwood, it's much stronger and faster. It's more effective and convenient to use anytime and anywhere, compared with drinking soup. Once burn, you can clearly feel the Qi flow in the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin, and our digestive system is well maintained.
